Approach and methodology
The project involved a selection and training program for young talents in the ICT field, aimed at ensuring generational renewal in mainframe teams. The client tasked us with recruiting recent graduates in Mathematics, Physics, and Engineering and enrolling them in a targeted training program, introducing them to the mainframe environment and COBOL programming, both basic and advanced. The training also included technical and functional analysis, providing essential skills for working on legacy systems. The program combined recruitment, skills development, and mentoring, preparing young professionals to contribute effectively to company projects.
